hbaej Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "these Terms") govern the relationship between hbaej (hereinafter "hbaej", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the hbaej website located at https://hbaej.net and all associated sub-pages, services, features, games, and betting markets (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the hbaej platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Services, you ("the Player", "the User", "you", or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Modification of Terms: hbaej reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication at https://hbaej.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a material change affects existing player rights, hbaej will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address.

Governing language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation or localised summary being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or dispute.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if that is not possible, severed from the Agreement. The remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Access to the hbaej platform and all associated Services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. hbaej operates a strict 18+ policy in compliance with responsible gaming principles and industry best practice.

Eligibility criteria: To register and maintain an active account with hbaej, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity — not on behalf of any third party, corporate entity, or syndicate.
• You are not acting as an agent for any other person when placing wagers or conducting transactions on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes only.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off restriction, or account ban issued by hbaej or any other gaming platform to which hbaej has agreed to honour.
• You have not previously had a hbaej account terminated for a breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.

Age verification: hbaej uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm player identity and age. You will be required to submit a copy of your Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal and may be required at account registration or at any other time at hbaej's discretion.

Consequences of underage access: If hbaej determines or reasonably suspects that a registered player is under 18 years of age, hbaej will immediately suspend the account pending investigation, freeze any balance held in that account, and withhold all withdrawals until age is confirmed or the matter is resolved. If underage use is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits returned where practically possible, and all winnings forfeited. hbaej may report the matter to relevant authorities as required.

To access the real-money features of the hbaej platform — including deposits, withdrawals, game play, and sports betting — you must first create a registered player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be asked to provide your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address that you own and control, a mobile phone number registered in your name in Bangladesh, a date of birth confirming you are 18 or older, and a secure password of your choosing. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accurate Information Obligation

You agree to provide only truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances, including deposits.

One Account Per Household

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active account with hbaej. Only one account per household (defined by shared physical address or shared payment method) is permitted. hbaej uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, both accounts may be closed, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any associated withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

KYC Verification

hbaej operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification programme. You agree to submit identity documents when requested, which may include a copy of your Bangladeshi NID card or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your current address, and a selfie photograph for identity confirmation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in our verification request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. hbaej recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered players via account settings. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hbaej support immediately at [email protected]. hbaej will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

All financial transactions on the hbaej platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hbaej does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion at the point of deposit is not offered. Players must fund their accounts using one of the approved BDT payment methods listed below.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit and any applicable daily/weekly limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your hbaej account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. hbaej does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which hbaej bears no responsibility.

Deposited funds must be used for wagering on the hbaej platform. Players who deposit funds without any wagering activity and then request an immediate withdrawal may be subject to an administrative review, which can include identity verification and payment method confirmation before the withdrawal is processed.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Verified accounts in good standing receive withdrawal processing within the timeframes published in the cashier section, which may vary by payment method. hbaej reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a threshold amount.

Withdrawal processing times are estimates and not guarantees. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, national holidays, or where additional verification is required. hbaej will communicate any delays to affected players by email to their registered address.

Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your hbaej account will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities. hbaej employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor all deposit and withdrawal activity in real time.

hbaej offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds on BPL and T20 cricket markets, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) a stated number of times using real-money bets on eligible games or markets. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and communicated at the time the bonus is awarded.

Bonus Eligibility

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.

• Bets placed on certain games (as specified per offer) may not count, or may count at a reduced rate, towards wagering requirement completion.

VIP Programme

The hbaej VIP programme operates across five tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond. VIP tier placement is determined by cumulative wagering volume over a rolling period as defined in the VIP programme terms. Each tier delivers a defined cashback percentage, withdrawal processing priority, and access to exclusive promotional offers. By using the hbaej platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, engaging in low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
• Money laundering: Using the hbaej platform as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity. hbaej is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players, exploiting inside knowledge of sporting events, participating in match-fixing, or using any form of automated software to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
• Software interference: Using bots, scripts, automated click tools, VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or any other technology that interferes with the normal operation of the hbaej platform or alters the outcomes of games.
• Abusive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory language toward hbaej staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat or email.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the hbaej platform, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform's software or infrastructure.

Your General Obligations

In addition to the prohibitions above, you agree to: keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any other person; use the platform only for lawful entertainment purposes; notify hbaej promptly of any suspected security breach or unauthorised access to your account; and comply with all requests for identity verification documentation within the timeframes specified by hbaej.

Either party may initiate the closure of a hbaej player account, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations owed by either party arising from activity prior to the closure date.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your hbaej account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before processing your closure request, hbaej will confirm your identity, check for any pending transactions or open wagers, and process any outstanding withdrawal of your remaining balance to your verified payment method. Accounts subject to an ongoing investigation, active bonus wagering requirements, or a pending withdrawal cannot be closed until those matters are resolved.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, hbaej offers a formal self-exclusion option, which is distinct from a standard account closure. Self-exclusion locks your account for a minimum period of 6 months during which re-registration attempts are blocked and all marketing communications are suspended. Closure by hbaej

hbaej reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; evidence of underage access; attempted money laundering or other criminal activity; or any other circumstance in which hbaej determines, in its sole discretion, that continuing the account relationship presents an unacceptable risk to the platform, other players, or third parties.

Where an account is closed by hbaej for a breach of these Terms, hbaej reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance held in that account, including deposits, where those funds are associated with the breach (for example, funds obtained through fraudulent deposits or bonus abuse). In cases not involving misconduct, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account by either party, your right to access and use the hbaej platform terminates immediately. All accumulated loyalty points, bonus balances, and VIP status are forfeited upon account closure. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive account closure — including the limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hbaej, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the hbaej platform and Services.

hbaej provides the platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hbaej makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, free from security vulnerabilities, or that the results of using the platform will meet your expectations. While hbaej invests significantly in platform stability and security infrastructure, temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or third-party outages may occur.

Platform Errors & Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect game outcome, odds display, bonus award, or payment amount, hbaej reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the account to its correct state prior to the error. Winnings obtained as a direct result of a confirmed technical error are not valid and will be removed from the player's account without liability to hbaej.

Third-Party Services

The hbaej platform integrates with third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others), payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), and data feed providers. hbaej is not responsible for the actions, errors, or service interruptions of any third-party provider, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on third-party services integrated into the platform.

Financial Losses from Gambling

hbaej expressly disclaims all liability for financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform. All forms of real-money wagering carry an inherent risk of financial loss. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept this risk. hbaej is not responsible for decisions you make regarding the size, frequency, or nature of your wagers. Gambling should be approached as entertainment, not as a source of income.
